Job Description
HCLTECH Lanka is looking for candidates with the following skills:
Experience in Order processing with a strong understanding of the overall OTC (Order to Cash) cycle.
Minimum Requirements:
- Overall knowledge of the OTC cycle/ SAP system
- Experience in Invoicing/Order processing/Billing/CashApps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Shift Times – Should agree to work on any of below shifts:
Shift A – 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM
Shift B – 6 AM – 3 PM
Shift C – 12 PM – 9 PM, 11 AM – 8 PM
Location – THE OFFICES – Cinnamon Life, 130 Glennie St, Colombo 00200, Sri Lanka
Work Mode – Onsite ( No Work From Home Option )
