Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related professional qualifications (CQHRM)
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, BPM, or BPO industry experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Flexible to work UK shift
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle across various levels
- Support TAG team for business needs and onboarding support
- Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership for a smooth recruitment process
- Build candidate pipeline through different sourcing channels
- Enhance employer branding efforts, participate in career fairs and workshops
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, compliance with company policies, and regulations
