Job Description
1. Responsible for Accounts Payables tasks in the oil and gas industry such as indexing, invoice processing, vendor master management, and more.
2. Managing intercompany activities including processing invoices and reconciliations.
3. Ensure control testing and compliance.
4. Support internal and external audits.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
6. Assist in transformation initiatives.
7. Resolve AP process discrepancies and inquiries.
8. Drive Continuous Process Improvements.
9. Implement Internal Controls.
10. Produce performance reports for management.
11. Recommend process enhancements.
12. Lead performance reviews.
13. Utilize Advanced Analytical Skills.
14. Participate in global projects under the Payables scope.
