Job Description
MAS Legato is the Shared Service arm of MAS Holdings, currently focusing on Finance and HR with plans to expand into more areas. Join us to ensure timely & accurate financial processing, exceed customer expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely & accurate processing of financials.
- Monitor daily communications and liaise with clients.
- Process vendor invoices and arrange prompt payments.
- Coordinate with customers for timely sales proceeds collection.
- Handle payroll activities and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in improving processes for effective work execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably working with Australian clients.
- Experience in XERO, MYOB, and related software.
- Excellent English command and ability to work independently.
- Working hours: 5.30am to 2.30pm (Hybrid).
