Job Description

Location: Biyagama EPZ

Job Duties:

• Ensure all customer orders are delivered as planned and meet sales targets.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams, operation teams, customers, and factory operations.
• Coordinate customer visits, provide factory information, and maintain confidentiality.
• Effectively communicate customer data to relevant departments to prevent delays.
• Responsible for order confirmation activities and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Supply Chain or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in computer applications, reporting, and excellent communication skills.
