Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of test strategies, test plans, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of automation test scripts, tools, and solutions.
- Spearhead technical initiatives such as PoCs, debugging, process improvements, and solution monitoring.
- Manage test execution, results analysis, and reporting, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across teams, including Quality Engineers, Software Engineers, and leadership.
- Guide and mentor junior QA team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- BSc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Extensive knowledge of software testing processes, practices, and test design techniques.
- Deep experience in test automation, particularly with tools like Selenium and Cypress.
- Strong proficiency in Java, OOP concepts, and coding standards.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Datadog.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and CircleCI.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database concepts.
- Practical experience in Agile Software Testing and Software Engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience in Exploratory testing.
