Evolution Auto is a dynamic joint venture between CG Group, Atman Group, and Sino Lanka. We are a new force in the Sri Lankan electric vehicle (EV) market, backed by strong partnerships and a commitment to sustainable mobility. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to green mobility by offering exceptional electric vehicles to our customers. Currently, we are expanding our operations in Sri Lanka and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Colombo.

The Role

As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our brand awareness, reputation, and customer loyalty. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Create and manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
• Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to measure brand effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integration across all aspects of the business.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer insights, and electric vehicle market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of branding concepts, marketing strategies, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
