Job Description
Position: PROCESS ASSOCIATES

Location: Kohuwala
Salary: 65-80K (Transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Timing)
Description: We are seeking Process Associates to provide high-quality support for US/Canadian client projects. Candidates must excel in data entry, analysis, client communication, and quality control with a keen eye for detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/L’s with a C or higher grade in English or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to work night shifts (US timings)
- Proficient in English (written & spoken)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on improvement
- Long-term career mindset and team player
- Reside within 15km of Colombo
