Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist doctors, fostering trust and rapport to ensure their continued association with the hospital.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance specialist doctors’ contribution to the hospital.
- Identify and engage with high-potential specialists, persuading them to join the hospital and contribute to its growth.
- Work closely with specialist doctors to develop and execute plans aimed at growing the hospital’s business.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Marketing/HealthCare/Pharmaceutical).
- MBA or Marketing related professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- 5-8 years of managerial experience in the hospital and pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
REMUNERATION:
Salary – Rs. 300K (Negotiable) + Vehicle allowance + Fuel
