Job Description
Responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for the company PnL driving sales and operations.
- Focus on business growth, diversification, and risk mitigation.
- Implement operational efficiencies to improve the bottom line.
- Develop and lead a team of 60-75 staff with revenue of 2 Bil.
- Ensure compliance, liaise with finance division and manage budgets.
- Provide leadership in Sales, After Sales, and Supply Chain operations.
- Develop a learning and performance-oriented culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading a sales company with 1.5-2 Bil turnover.
- 10+ years of experience in challenging Sales Management roles.
- Experience in engineering technical fields is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or financial qualifications preferred.
- 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience; 10 years in the industry.
