Job Description
The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce is seeking a self-motivated individual to join as an Intern. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various initiatives of the Chamber, including attending meetings, organizing events, and maintaining databases.
Job Role:
- Attend Committee meetings and assist with minutes
- Support Annual General Meetings (AGM’s)
- Assist with Seminars, Workshops, and industry events
- Maintain member databases
- Undertake other departmental tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Preferably pursuing an undergraduate degree or professional qualification
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure
