Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Account Receivable to join our dynamic team at Lkcareers. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of AR professionals, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely collection of receivables.
Job Title: Team Lead – Account Receivable

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of AR professionals, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
- Prepare and analyze detailed Age Analysis Reports, identifying trends for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in AR processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on AR management experience.
- Strong understanding of AR processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills in team development.
