Global Contriver Hospitality – Kandy, a charming 3-star property with 52 rooms is searching for an experienced professional in hotel operations looking for a new challenge?

Join our team at Global Contriver Hospitality in Kandy. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Hospitality Operations who will ensure the smooth running of our property and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and manage a diverse team.
  • Liaise effectively with travel agents and tour operators to maximize guest bookings.
  • Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Office tools for reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Work efficiently under pressure to manage guest expectations and operational challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or management, with at least some supervisory experience.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
  • Strong fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to live on-site at the property is a must.
