Join our team at Global Contriver Hospitality in Kandy. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager – Hospitality Operations who will ensure the smooth running of our property and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and manage a diverse team.
- Liaise effectively with travel agents and tour operators to maximize guest bookings.
- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Office tools for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Work efficiently under pressure to manage guest expectations and operational challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel operations or management, with at least some supervisory experience.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
- Strong fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
