Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies for a positive work environment.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters to managers and employees.
- Conduct thorough investigations and recommend resolutions for complaints.
