Job Description

H Connect International, a leading BPO company under the esteemed Hirdaramani Group, is hiring for the position of Associate – Customer Support Administration. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries within SLAs, conducting calls or meetings, updating support articles, utilizing AI bots, assisting with payments, and maintaining documentation.

  • Respond promptly to customer queries within SLAs.
  • Address and resolve issues through calls or meetings.
  • Monitor daily queries for timely resolution.
  • Update support articles and extract AI bot knowledge.
  • Assist with payment issues and internal requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work US shift hours on site.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
