We are hiring for the position of Country Manager in the Agricultural industry with a focus on Fertilizer Business.
- Location: Sri Lanka
- Work Type: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (may require Saturday work)
Requirements:
- Sales & Marketing experience in Agriculture/Science
- Experience in Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing preferred
- Strong sales and collection skills
- Excellent negotiation, customer engagement, and closure skills
- Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience
- Agricultural crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills
- 15-20 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural industry
