Job Description
We are looking for an Executive – Customer Buyer to join our team at HeadmastersHR in Badalgama, Sri Lanka. This full-time, onsite position in the Electronic Products and Services industry requires managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring efficient supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source materials and maintain supplier relationships.
- Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.
- Negotiate pricing and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Address customer procurement inquiries and ensure clear communication.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Engineering.
- 1-2 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities.
