Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Banking Assistant at JFS Holdings Limited, a leading Banking company in Colombo.
Job Description:
- Assist Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers in day-to-day operational activities
- Support relationship managers in providing efficient service to customers
- Act as a key contact point for customer support functions
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and audit departments for smooth operations
Experience and Qualifications:
- Completed Advanced Level Examination
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance
- Positive attitude and high efficiency in duties
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Chinese
- Knowledge of payments, settlements, and banking products
- Familiarity with local regulations on FX, TAX, Import & Export Control
- Self-driven, target-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
