Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage assigned projects by planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects within budget, schedule, and quality.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Business Sponsors, Senior Management to align with business objectives and company PMO standards.
- Maintain project information and necessary documentation.
- Oversee project P&L and enhance ROI through improved efficiency.
- Identify and manage project risks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PM.
- Strong oral, written communication, organization, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Mentor, guide, and coach team members for project and organizational goals.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and mindset.
- Willingness to travel overseas for project requirements.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Understanding project architecture and solid knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Hands-on experience in Jira, Azure DevOps preferred.
- Qualifications in PMP, ACP, CSP a plus.
