The Job:

• Assist with managing system access, processing card requests, and handling deactivations as required.
• Validate receipts and transaction descriptions for reimbursement requests and credit card charges, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on insufficient documentation for accurate expense reporting.
• Update Divvy or TravelPerk with new accounting analytics and manage workflows.
• Route out-of-policy travel requests for approval and provide guidance on policies.
• Assist in journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
• Support accounts payable reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with international subsidiaries for travel documentation.
• Perform tasks to ensure smooth operations in the accounting department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
• Proficient with T&E platforms like Divvy or TravelPerk.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees and subsidiaries.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
