Job Description
Our client, a leader in the real estate industry, is in the lookout for a corporate sales manager with the ability to lookout the leasing aspects of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of Sales and leasing of office space for two leading business towers.
- Identify and prospecting for Tenants
- Prepare leasing proposals, negotiable lease terms, and finalize lease agreements
- Maintaining favorable relationships with existing and potential Tenants.
- Achieving Revenue and occupancy targets
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of letters, reports, and documentation related to the leasing process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate sales/negotiation.
- Prior experience in office leasing will be an advantage
- Knowledge of local business communities
- IT Literacy in MS Office packages
