Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in designing and implementing divisional development tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues, liaising with other functional heads.
- Manage financial KPIs in sales or operations responsibilities.
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure continuous uninterrupted service to customers.
- Prepare annual budgets for the unit aggregating to the divisional budget.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of technical sales/managerial experience in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be computer literate with good presentation skills.
- Prefer candidates residing in Galle/Matara/Hambantota.
