Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability for the home appliances category
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop pricing and promotional strategies
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for the company
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve product assortment and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of home appliances and market trends
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability for a product category
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
