Job Overview: As a Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing our website, creating engaging social media content, and enhancing our LinkedIn presence. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for creating impactful content, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Monitor website performance and implement strategies to improve traffic and engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Create compelling graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and grow engagement.
  • Expand our LinkedIn network by creating and sharing industry-relevant content.
  • Engage with industry professionals, groups, and communities to build our company’s presence.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and website development.
  • Proficiency in website development tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Proven experience growing LinkedIn presence for a brand or business.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in BPO or foreign client exposure will be an added advantage.
