Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Services Manager at MyMenu | Digital Menu. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills, facilitating communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Client Services, and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
