Job Description
Role Description: The Destination Manager will oversee guided tours, provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and negotiate partnerships to elevate the destination experience.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Industry knowledge, preferable experience in student placement or similar field.
- Proven expertise in creating business plans, managing budgets, and tracking progress.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience with significant results.
- 4-6 years counseling experience, specifically in education.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- CRM system experience is beneficial.
- A principled, integrity-driven manager who values business interests.
- Respects and values diversity in the workplace.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
