David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with an award-winning multi-licensed broker specializing in online CFD trading. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.

Position: Business Development Manager

Work Model and Location: Remote position based in Sri Lanka

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Achieving sales targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Conducting market research
• Providing insights to enhance our competitive position

Requirements:

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (C1) and English (C1)
• Portfolio of active FX clients with the ability to expand the network
• Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
• Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proven experience in Forex (3-4 years with an active client portfolio)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
