This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Mind Plus in Kolonnawa. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
