Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team following Leadership Behaviors, driving continuous improvement by finding and implementing new opportunities
- Partner with the Production Planner to develop realistic production plans during weekly planning meetings
- Implement and review new standards within specified timelines to maintain operational excellence
- Carry out 5S and GMP practices, perform audits, and motivate adherence to ensure sustainability and proper machinery maintenance and operation
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering/Food Science or proven matured knowledge in Food Manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years of experience. Previous experience in UHT operations would be advantageous
- Exhibit leadership and team player skills with an attitude for absolute intolerance for unsafe situations
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit fluency in English, along with strong communication
- Multi-tasking and ability to coach others
