We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – ISB (Shipping & Logistics) at InTalent Asia.
Job Title: Assistant Manager – ISB (Shipping & Logistics)
Working Location: Colombo – 09
Working Hours: 1:30PM – 10:30PM (UK shift and UK calendar)
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Work Type: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper execution of tasks assigned to agents
- Participate in process improvement ideas
- Conduct process training when required
- Assist in escalation management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Shipping & Logistics industry
- Team oriented and able to manage a team
- Minimum 5 years managing back-office operations
