Job Description
Tea Tang (Pvt) Ltd is a leading tea manufacturing and value addition company with a strong commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for tea bagging equipment.
- Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot problems on tea bagging machines.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities for tea bagging equipment, ensuring quality and safety.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external service providers.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records for tea bagging operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance role within tea bagging operations.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in tea bagging machinery.
- Experience with chiller AC units and solar power systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
