Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high product quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum total of 4-5 years of experience and at least 2 years in a production engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), knowledge of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH).
- Experience with PLCs, motion systems, and vision inspection systems.
