Job Description

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Part qualified in professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity
  • Data analysis and time management skills are beneficial
  • Ability to work half-day on Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare finance reports, fixed asset ledger, and inventory reports
  • Collect fees using various payment methods
  • Handle petty cash and vendor payments
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax filings
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and report analysis
  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance team
  • Other duties as needed
