Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to oversee the day-to-day sales and engineering administration activities within our division. The ideal candidate will ensure all schedules and objectives are met while collaborating with other departments to optimize and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workloads and deadlines to consistently meet expected standards.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, prepare and submit quotations.
- Review and analyze tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met. Highlight any non-compliance issues as necessary.
- Prepare both technical and commercial submission documents for tenders.
- Estimate bid bonds and performance bonds, work closely with the finance department.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in IT or a related field.
