Job Description

Summary/Objective: To support the Executive Officer by engaging with Sri Lankans residing in overseas markets with their Banking related activities and onboarding new customers to the Bank.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the Bank’s new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the Bank’s site or using the products or services
  • Collaborate with other Department/branches to support customer requirements
  • Maintaining logs and correspondences of customers
