About the Role: Join the Finance & Accounting team of SkillzsearchPR as an Accountant – Payments. Manage day-to-day payment cycle activities, supervise the payables team, ensure compliance with finance policies, and provide financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage payment processing, including local and foreign payments.
- Verify, reconcile, and approve invoices and payment vouchers.
- Resolve payables-related issues with stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements and controls for Accounts Payable.
- Provide timely reports on payment activities to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Finalist/Passed finalist of ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Diploma in Computer Studies preferred.
- 5-6 years of finance experience, with 3 years in audit or mercantile sectors.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting operations.
