Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all IELTS exam standards are met for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Manage identification and authentication processes.
• Monitor invigilators and coordinate with venue providers for smooth operations.
• Input IELTS registration forms into the system and liaise with registration centers.
• Prepare technical equipment and ensure secure materials are ready for test day.
• Store and manage test records and documents securely.
• Oversee the shredding of outdated documents and maintain accurate logs.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting stakeholders, and handling walk-in customers.
