Job Description
We are seeking self-motivated and dynamic individuals with strong drive, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Horana.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure products adhere closely to company standards.
- Oversee daily laboratory functions and ensure adherence to Quality SOPs.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits for ISO standards, and provide training on quality standards.
- Maintain quality reports, develop team members, and analyze data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science (Chemistry), or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Apparel, Fabric, or Yarn industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in statistics, negotiation, and computer literacy.
