Job Description
Laugfs Lubricants Ltd is seeking a Zone Manager to oversee Gampaha, Kurunegala, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Puttalam, Ampara, Jaffna, Trincomalee, and Vavuniya areas. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing field sales teams, and building customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Requirements include professional qualifications, experience in lubricant/FMCG sales, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and delegate tasks to the sales team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Inform customers about products/services and coordinate with distributors.
- Prepare sales reports and offer effective sales strategies.
- Explore new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- Prior experience in lubricant/FMCG sales.
