Job Description
Requirements:
- Significant experience in SIP protocol & Asterisk Server.
- Strong VoIP/SIP protocol troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in SIP signaling analysis and codecs knowledge.
- Experience in Docker, Ansible & AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP Networking.
- Linux Server Administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Previous experience with Australian customers will be a plus.
Job Role:
- Answering technical support calls and assisting customers.
- Configuring SIP handsets and Asterisk PABX features.
- Maintaining customer PABXs and troubleshooting issues.
- Prepare documentation and training manuals.
- Asterisk development, disaster recovery planning, and more.
