Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects of garment production from development to delivery.
- Ensure customer requirements are understood and achievable for production viability.
- Coordinate with customers on fit, construction, specs, and materials; recommend value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with sample rooms and embellishment plants for technical handovers and sample creation.
- Review and ensure timely production of samples and strike-offs for bulk production.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-10 years in apparel (buying office experience preferred).
- Over 5 years in newborn/children’s wear production is an advantage.
- Degree/Diploma in Apparel/Textile from a reputed institute.
- Strong knowledge of NB constructions, safety requirements, embellishment methods, and fabric quality.
- Proficient in tracking style approvals and implementing production-feasible methods.
