Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at Fab Foods (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR functions, handling employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or related field
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
