- 5 years of production environment experience
- Certification in Apparel Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of automation, machinery, sewing techniques, and workplace arrangements
- GSD license preferred
- Experience in automation projects and innovation
- Strong in Numbers, Analytical, and Self-driven
