Job Description
Uconnect, a leading Multi National Company, is currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the success of our chocolate product lines by assisting in brand strategy development, marketing plans, and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Support Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies for the chocolate category.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape.
- Product Development: Collaborate on launching new products and packaging design.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Brand Performance: Monitor sales and market share, providing insights to management.
- Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless execution with internal teams.
- Brand Communication: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or chocolate/confectionery industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
