Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive in Ratmalana Head Office, you will drive room sales, maximize revenue, and ensure a seamless booking experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Inbound and outbound
- Build & maintain relationships: customers, agents, etc.
- Assist with bookings and resolve complaints
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Education: Degree in hospitality, business, or related fields
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations and booking systems (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia)
