Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join PromoLanka Holdings (Private) Limited as an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Customer Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Your main duties will include managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
