Job Description

Are you ready to embark on a journey of change with MAS Active? Join our team as an Executive Merchandiser Development, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of yarn to production processes with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify styles and volumes, carry out buy processing activities, and update relevant parties.
• Engage in reporting processes, facilitate information transfer, and support management decision-making.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives, drive objectives, and ensure KPI standards are met.
• Participate in development meetings, coordinate with various teams, and ensure timely delivery of prototypes.
• Prepare costing sheets, negotiate pricing terms, and coordinate until finalization.
• Maintain relationships with customers, identify solutions, and provide value-added services.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in development merchandising.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
