Job Description

The Job:
- Coordinate, monitor, and finalize the monthly segmental performance for the Business lines/branches/sub units.
- Review product profitability, RM wise/customer profitability, and provide insights.
- Monitor and review the performance of Branch Banking Awards on a monthly basis.
- Develop and analyze product performance analysis.
- Prepare Board papers and presentations on the monthly financial performance of the Bank.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis on PL/BS.
- Provide a comprehensive competitor analysis for the Management quarterly.
- Handle queries from Business lines/Sub units.
- Ensure tasks are carried out within operational/reputational risk frameworks.
The Person:
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CIMA Equivalent) with Masters/university degree or post-graduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial analytics.
