Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Project Coordinator at JATCo, you will oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and budget adherence. Your role involves project coordination, client communication, sales support, resource management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT projects from start to finish
- Be the main contact for clients
- Support sales and align deliverables with client expectations
- Manage resources, identify risks, and maintain project documentation
- Monitor budgets and ensure quality standards
- Evaluate projects for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
- 2+ years in project coordination, IT experience preferred
- Strong sales background and project management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- PMP certification a bonus
