Role Description
- Update files and system with information relevant to complaint handling.
- Assist in reviewing / analyzing financial consumer complaint documents and responses.
- Prepare draft letters / memos / emails to the relevant institutes, financial consumers and other departments.
- Ensure dispatching of approved letters / memos / emails to the relevant parties.
- Categorizing, sorting of financial consumer complaints received
- Assist in taking follow up action.
- Assist in reviewing the responses.
Qualifications
- Passed GCE O/L with credit passes for first language, English, and mathematics
- Completed Business Level 1 of Chartered Accountancy, completed certificate course in Banking and finance (IBSL), completed CIMA foundation level
- 6 months training/work experience (Banking related)
